IGNITER transformer spark TEST BOX

Easily connect to igniters for spark testing. The igniter transformer spark test box allows for bench testing igniters to check if the igniter is producing an adequate spark. This field equipment is useful to diagnose a bad ignition transformer, bad electrical connections, or an improper spark gap.

SPark & FLAME RELAY test BOX

The spark & flame relay test box provides the same function as the igniter transformer spark test box, but adds the feature of a test diode that allows testing to prove the flame relay (flame ionization equipment) is working properly. This technology is ideal for when a flame cannot easily be replicated (torch) in some hazardous area, or where significant paperwork is required for a hot work permit.

Test diode for use with flame rod igniters. The test diode that allows testing to prove the flame relay (flame ionization equipment) is working properly.
